Ingredients

How to prepare

Soak the yogurt balls in tow cups of hot water, Then when the milk becomes soft, we grind it with water in the blender, Then put the yogurt on the meat in a pot to boil with a cup of boiling meat water, Then add a spoonful of butter to it, Then let it boil for half an hour
Then we come with rice, Soak the rice for half an hour, Then wash and drain the rice, put vegetable oil in an bowl and we add rice to it we roast the rice on a medium heat, Then pour over the rice tow cups of boiling meat water and put a spoonful of salt and a small spoon of turmerice on it, Then we leave it to cook on a low heat for quarter of an hour with the pot closedm until it is done
Toast some almonds for garnish, Then we bring a large round food tray, pouring rice into the tray, put the pieces of meat on top of the rice, pour tow cups of yogurt over the rice and meat, put the extra yogurt in the side cups, garnish the dish with toasted almonds
